From its inception, the South Central Region is committed to enhancing the quality of lives and  impact the communities with programs that encompass our National Thrusts: Youth and Young Adults, The Status of Women, Senior Citizens, Assault on Illiteracy and Political Awareness. The South Central Region is dedicated to community service, maintaining high moral and ethical standards, and encouraging individuals young and old to strive for excellence in academic, careers, their communities, and society as a whole.
